Products ordered from SANTA LUPITA Online shop can be returned within 14 days after delivery. The return period of 14 days starts on the day that the Customer, or third parties named by the Customer other than the carrier, have taken final possession of the products.
Please take note that you may only use the products for the purposes of testing – in a manner commonly permitted in a store to check that they fit – and that the products must be returned with the original label attached. We reserve the right to demand compensation in the event that the product quality has suffered as a result of any additional use.
To exercise the right of return the customer has to send the order back to us:

To return the products, the Customer will have to hand in the package to a post office or a trusted delivery service (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.) and request a tracking number. We kindly advice that the costs for the return must be carried by the Customer.
Within 24 hours after receiving and approving the return a confirmation e-mail will be sent by SANTA LUPITA to the Customer informing that the invoice amount will be credited using the same payment method that the Customer used to pay for the purchase. Santa Lupita will refund the payment received from the Customer, excluding delivery costs and additional costs that may arise from choosing a delivery method other than the standard method of delivery offered by Santa Lupita.
